Workshop Schedule:For clarification on continuing education contact hours for various professions, please return to the Home Page and click on Continuing Education.Participants for this training are from a variety of professional backgrounds. We do our best to provide continuing education hours for those professions most interested in contact hours of continuing education. They are listed below. Licensing organizations change their requirements and it is up to the participant to stay aware of these requirements. Teresa Kirkpatrick Ramsey is an approved continuing education provider for the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork, Florida Board of Massage, program onsite (full day) and independent study Texas Board of Massage /onsite (full day) and certification session.through May, 2012. The OTPTAT Board for Occupational Therapy continuing education has approved the full day onsite workshop for 8.75 contact hours, and the Certification Session for 4.75 contact hours through 5/18/2012, and the Independent Study for 17 contact hours, valid through May 18, 2012. For nursing continuing education, the Independent Study, (through May 11, 2012 for 21.0 contact hours) the full day OnSite Workshop: for 9.0 contact hours, valid through May 14, 2012 and the Certification Session, for 5.16 contact hours.(Approval valid through April 13, 2012) This continuing nursing education activity was approved by the Ohio Nurses Association (OBN-001-91) an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
